INGREDIENTS
- 200 g ramen noodles
 - 300 ml oat milk
 - 100 g bedda Grated Gouda Style
 - 75 g bedda Block Cheddar Style, grated
 - 150 g Vegan Kimchi, chopped
 - Spices salt, pepper
 - To serve: Spring onions (sliced), sesame seeds, Shichimi Togarashi spice mix.
 
INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, place oat milk, bedda Grated Gouda Style and grated bedda Block Cheddar Style in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes until cheese is completely melted.

Add the chopped kimchi and the cooked noodles and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve immediately and top with spring onions, sesame seeds and shichimi togarashi.
